Job description
My client are a rapidly growing, private equity backed manufacturing business based in North Manchester. Due to the current incumbent leaving the business they are recruiting this role on a permanent basis into their vibrant and expanding finance function, this is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant to join a business who will aid your development to becoming a fully qualified accountant and in turn progress your career.
As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for the UK entity of the business. This will include the full production of monthly management accounts, providing commentary on performance, completing budgeting and forecasting, analysing variances, producing profit and loss reports and performing balance sheet reconciliations. You will also business partner with various key stakeholders across the organisation both finance and non-finance so you must be a confident communicator in order to do this effectively and build good working relationships.
This role will suit a candidate who is working towards their ACCA or CIMA qualification who has experience in a management accounts focused role, preferably within a manufacturing organisation but this is by no means essential. The role is paying up to £45,000 dependant on experience with a study support package available. The role is based onsite and there is flexibility around your working hours as well as a brilliant working environment with excellent opportunities for development and progression within the company.
