Candidates

We are looking for candidates at Senior Consultant to Senior Manager level to join our Brisbane based team.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will:

Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with our internal team, clients, and stakeholders;
Be knowledgeable in the use of structured problem-solving frameworks;
Be self-motivated, proactive and have the ability to work both independently with clients and as part of small to medium consulting teams.
Think analytically and be intellectually curious;
Thrive in ambiguity.

The specific responsibilities of the successful candidates will depend upon the level of seniority but will include working with clients to deliver consulting projects, and working internally on business development activities.

Pay: $74,825.82 – $155,727.90 per year
