Management Faculty - Online Teaching

Responsibilities: Develop and deliver online lectures, assignments, and assessments, ensuring content is relevant and aligned with learning objectives. Utilize various online tools and technologies to create interactive and engaging learning experiences. Provide timely and effective feedback to students, address their questions and concerns, and offer academic guidance. Evaluate student performance through online assignments, quizzes, exams, and other assessment methods, providing constructive feedback. Work with other faculty members and academic staff to develop and improve online courses, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the program. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and other professional development activities to enhance online teaching skills and stay updated on current trends in online education. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades, and contribute to the overall administrative functions of the online program.
Candidate Profile: A Master's degree in management or a related field is must. 5-6 years of experience teaching management-related courses is highly desirable. Proficiency in using online learning platforms, multimedia tools, and other technologies relevant to online education. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective online interaction with students. Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively. A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success are crucial for success in this role.
