Management Information System Executive

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a solid understanding of information systems. The MIS Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements develop reports, and provide insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
• Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from various sources within the organization.
• Analyze data using statistical techniques and data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant information to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by managing and maintaining databases and data systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for information systems and software applications.
• Collaborate with different departments or teams to gather data requirements and ensure effective data utilization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance data management efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and information systems to propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications
• achelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, MIS, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) and experience in working with SQL databases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in process improvement or project management is a plus
