About the Role:
As a Management Information Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize the MIS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing user support and training on MIS tools and reports.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of data visualization tools.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and develop reports.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Experience with database management and SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
