Job Responsibilities:


To lead Supply Planning activities at site and ensure monthly production plan both for new products and commercial products is released by next day of MRP to all cross functional dept.
To ensure material status (C0/C1/C2) and priority (P0/P1/P2) are tagged accurately against each batch of production plan and RM/PM shortages are calculate accurately to meet production plan
To ensure manufacturing and packing schedule is prepared along with production team in such a way that there is no capacity loss and sales loss.
Issuance of PO as per manufacturing schedule.
To have daily co-ordination with warehouse, QA, QC, procurement and manufacturing team
