Job Responsibilities
• Thorough knowledgeable on Order to Cash / Procure to Pay end to end process.
• Timely review and approval of transactions related to process as required per policy.
• Good E2E knowledge in AP, AR in a global set up and articulation from financial terms.
• Review the process to bring effectiveness & efficiency via operational improvements.
• An outspoken candidate to reach out respective stakeholders for any problem solving and to establish a stabilization on the process for any gaps, is needed.
• To handle regional regulatory, tax, compliance & audit requirement for the process assigned.
• Work with business owners to obtain required approvals and to gain a better understanding of expenses.
• Work with vendors to resolve past due and remittance issues, support term negotiation initiative & partner with sourcing team.
• Assist the Accounting team at month-end with the accrual process and other month-end close deliverables.
• Review the Year End book closure related activities.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced moving environment.
• Participate in process improvement projects including implementation of enhancements to ERP systems and processes. Participate, value add in designing the process flow and drive UAT etc.
• Motivate change management in re designing business process.
• Collaborate with broader finance operations team as well as tech resources to translate manual processes into systematic workflows as part of organization automation initiatives.

Qualifications
• BA/BBA/B com degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field and master’s degree (preferably in Finance domain)
• 15+ years working within an Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Accounting & Finance team, preferably in a high-volume & managing complex environment.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP & Oracle Cloud Fusion knowledge is preferred.
• Strong business & financial savvy which can be demonstrated via KPI/Metrics management.
• Leading a good size team & operational process.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and present financial information clearly and concisely.
• Any knowledge on AI, automation and its implementations will be added advantage.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, deliver results and manage multiple tasks without compromising on quality.
• Drive to continuously improve, build and re-engineer processes. Adaptable & drive change management.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation skills & influencing skills, demonstrating with projects/initiatives driven and showcase the outcome.
