Role Description:
Establish a standard bakery product list for all brands. Develop frozen and fresh bakery partners for smooth supply and clear back-end. Align HSE and Audits
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the overall strategy for the cafe business, aligning with the company's goals.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, including product offerings and service enhancements.
• Drive sales initiatives and promotional strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create brand awareness and catalogues and manuals tailored to the market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operational management.
• Implement best practices for logistics, supply chain management, and cost control.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all vending operations.
• Implement and monitor compliance programs to mitigate risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and service delivery.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Hotel Management
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a bakery led QSR operations.
• Strong understanding of bakery and related products, marketing, and operational strategies in the QSR sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight.
• Ability to travel as needed to oversee operations and client meetings.
