We are looking out for a seasoned Brand & Marketing professional with proven expertise in brand, marketing, content and campaigns management. The role shall encompass the following activities:
• Conceptualising, planning and executing newer avenues of growth for IHCL brands to help retain market leadership position.
• Handling the offline marketing activities and events for multiple brands
• Enhancement of brand guidelines, as per requirement, for brands being re-imagined.
• Creation of brand identity manuals for new brands
• Positioning, marketing and go-to-market strategy creation for new brands.
• Managing creative and media strategy for all Digital marketing efforts for the brand.
• Creating and implementing brand growth strategies with a clear view of reach, engagement and revenues.
• Support all online and offline revenue channels with tactical and strategic Campaigns.
• Creation and execution of a well-planned campaign calendar geared towards supporting the organization’s annual sales and marketing goals.
Key Skills required for this role would be:
• A strategic mindset which is driven by consumer obsession and logical, data-driven thinking.
• Deep understanding of concepts pertaining to digital marketing, social media marketing, CRM, business analytics and reporting.
• Excellent grasp on content creation and copywriting with an in-depth understanding of semantics and grammar.
• Ability to switch from the macro to micro picture effortlessly, and getting down to ground-level execution whenever needed.
• People management skills, for the role would require working extensively with cross-functional teams and hotel teams.
• A go-getter approach with ability to take ownership from start to fruitful conclusion of a project, within the defined timelines.
• In-depth understanding of core concepts of brand and marketing, with ability to think clearly in tough and challenging situations.
• Excellent grasp on MS office tools, for the role would entail creation of plans and reports to be shared within and outside the organisation.
• An eye for great aesthetic, for the brand operates in a market-first lean-luxe hospitality space.

• Would be a self-starter and proactively support IHCLs rapid growth journey by engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Would be passionate about perfection in aesthetics and writing, which is associated with luxury brands.
• Would have the ability to think clearly and simplify complex challenges to find and implement quickly-actionable solutions.
• Would have a great command on data and reporting.
• Would bring in a problem-solving and not problem-highlighting approach.
• Would be committed, and respect the timelines around task deliveries at all times.
