This role is responsible for leading and developing a team to ensure prompt and exceptional resolution of external complaints. This role champions the customer experience who provides subject matter expertise on customer relations, and fosters team growth through clear goal setting and feedback. We're seeking an experienced telco expert in industry best practise, regulatory requirements and processes.
How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira
Lead and develop our team of Customer Relations staff to ensure prompt and exceptional resolution of complaints lodged with external industry bodies.
Provide subject matter expertise to both your direct reports and the Senior Leadership Team regarding 2degrees' current performance in customer relations and opportunities for improvement.
Own and review all of 2degrees' complaint resolution related processes and external service level commitments.
Be a champion for customer experience, providing feedback to the broader business on customer experience on continuous improvement opportunities.
Foster the growth of your team by setting clear goals, expectations and providing regular feedback and development opportunities
