Business Descriptor:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join The Global Asset Management team.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Review of customer/ distributor complaints & queries received at RTA CC through Email and timely resolution of the same

2. Complete RCA of complaints and track for preventive and correction action

3. Completion of monthly complaints reportings and MIS

4. Outbound calling activities are completed in a timely manner and projects assigned are reported through weekly MIS to Line Manager

5. Quality analysis of emails of all the agents and provide feedback and trainings to new joiners

6. Ensure SLA met and maintained for Voice activities in the CC

7. Review of High ageing cases to avoid breach of TAT.

Requirements
A good understanding of mutual fund/security markets
Good verbal and written communication, team and interpersonal skills
The inclination to work in a client facing role, with a bent of mind for ‘service’
Ideally a post graduate / minimum 2 plus years of experience in a client-facing role involving Service, Query Handling
Knowledge of local language will be an advantage
Valid NISM certification.
The location for this role is Delhi, India
