Manager Digital Governance

In the Digital Governance Enablement role , the incumbent will actively contribute and engage in implementing a customer centric governance framework as part of the Digital Engagement Governance team.

The future of digital governance will put the customer at its core and enable the digital transformation across the organization while assuring consistency to regulatory, safety and other compliance requirements (internal and external) and proactively managing the risk exposure for Novartis.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Experience leading a business requirements process with both technical and business part-ners with Agile project methodologies
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas. Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms supporting a variety of digital communications i.e. websites, mobile apps, search engine operations, chatbots etc.
• Excellent grasp of social media and website success metrics and best practices
• A reasonably good knowledge/experience with email marketing, website analytics tools, Google Analytics, AWS, lead generation and/or SEO (Search Engine Optimization) etc.
• Ability to manage multiple or large technology infrastructure functions with a focus on driv-ing complex projects requiring participation of cross-functional groups i.e. strong project and program management experience in multi-functional/divisional projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships with a track record of strong business impact and excellence in service delivery

Minimum Requirements
• Graduate / Master's Degree in relevant area (Life Sciences, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing) / MBA
• 3+ years of experience in digital-based (multi-device) business systems or e-business consulting or related regulated industry is required
• 7+ years of consultative business analysis experience
• Practical experience in areas of governance, compliance and/or risk consult-ing
• Strong analytical skills linked with conceptual thinking capabilities, design-ing or re-designing business processes to meet quality and compliance stand-ards and to simplify the way we work.
• Ability as an inspiring leader on complex business questions with high intrin-sic uncertainty.
• Ability to independently manage and lead cross-organizational project teams (local, regional and global level) without formal authority in projects.
