Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1.

Provide Leadership to site safety team, ensure compliance with corporate safety standards and government regulations, and improve safety performance at site.
2. Provide safety support and advice on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.
3. Carry out timely safety audit at site level / Sub Contractor and submit report to RO/HO.
4. Liaison with client on safety related issues and implementation of standards as per contract.
5. Establish and maintain all HSE records of accident, near misses and dangerous occurrences.
6. Timely review and update all site specific safety plans with project management team
7.

Ensure safety compliance with information, signs, posters, barriers, and other material to warn of potential and actual safety hazards to prevent any incident/accident.
8. Conduct Hazard Identification Risk Assessment for all activities.
+. Ensure availability of PPEs and all other necessary equipment at site.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in Leading EHS Function in Large Scale Project in EPC industry. Experience in High rise, Commercial Buildings projects shall be preferred.
