The Manager, Financial Reporting and Control will play a pivotal role in managing financial processes: Statutory Reporting and Annual Report, Financial Statements (including items like Climate Risk), new product and IFRS treatment, Audit liaison, P&L. A role offering substantial responsibility in managing 3x direct reports, it provides an opportunity to facilitate the seamless functioning of financial services and operations in London.

Manager, Financial Reporting and Control
West London - central
• Statutory Reporting and Annual Reporting
• Financial Statements (including items like Climate Risk)
• New product and IFRS treatment
• Audit liaison
• P&L
• Manage and supervise financial processes and operations within the department
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Act as a point of contact for financial and operational queries
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department
• Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the company
Profile
Manager, Financial Reporting and Control
West London - central
A successful Senior Manager Finance & Operations should have:
• ACCA, ACA/CPA, CIMA, or equivalent
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Banking industry
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
