FP&A Transformation- BPO- Manager Job Description: Qualification, Experience/Competencies: - Graduate/Post-Graduate - 6-10 years of relevant experience in automation of finance processes - Process orientated, committed to achieving process excellence, Client Management - Understanding of KPI/SLAs - Knowledge of automation, Quality improvements - Experience in automation or transformation of F&A processes. Responsibilities - - A very good knowledge accounting process - Must have done transformation projects in current role - Good working knowledge of Macro, VBA and other automation tools - Identifying the opportunity of automation and transformation in accounting activities and pursue them to increase productivity or accuracy
