11.Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
12.Navigating remote hiring and its challenges
13.Providing the necessary IT infrastructure for remote work
14.Adapting to new trends and technologies
15. Pay roll management / leave management, reporting, roistering.
16. Add on advantages - exposure to ESIC & PF
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
