We are Hiring!!!

We urgently need a Manager – HR & Admin for our Foods Division, location – Varanasi UP.
Male Candidate only with a minimum work experience of 7-8 years in a factory environment.
CTC Budget: 5-6 lacs per annum.
Immediate joiners only.

Roles & Responsibilities
Ø Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and on boarding new hires. Also responsible for retaining talent by implementing retention strategies and addressing employee concerns.
Ø Designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the employees. Identifying training needs and conducting training sessions.
Ø Managing the performance appraisal process, setting performance goals, and providing feedback to employees. addressing poor performance and providing coaching and support to employees.
Ø Ensuring compliance with all labour laws, regulations, and policies. Maintaining employee records and ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date.
Ø Fostering positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict, and promoting a
positive work environment.
Ø Managing the company's payroll process, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
Ø Managing the company's facilities, including maintenance and repairs, security, and safety.
Ø Managing the HR and admin budget, ensuring that all expenses are within the allocated budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
