Job Description: HR Manager
Human Resource:
Recruitment & Selection:
· Sourcing relevant candidates in line with business requirements.
· Co-ordinate & participate in selection process.
· Action offer & appointment of selected candidates.
· Ensure pre joining / admin arrangements, seating, email id, system, business card & ID card etc.
· Facilitate accurate completion of joining formalities.
· Submit accurate and timely Resources planner & tracker.
Training & Development:
· Submit timely & accurate training MIS.
· Co-ordinate training logistics for regional roll outs.
· Conduct HR related programs.
· Arrange and Co-ordinate for new joinee induction & on the job training.
Talent Acquisition:
· Assist to Identify existing talents, career planning & succession.
· Provide recommendations to organization at a strategic level and monitor adherence to internal policies & HR standards.
· Develops and administers various programs, procedures & guidelines to help align the workforce with strategic goals of the organization.
Performance Management:
· Facilitate motivate – KPI setting, career aspiration, midterm & annual performance assessment.
· Submit accurate and timely report on overall assessment and target achievement.
· Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines.
Employee Engagement:
· Co-ordinate and conduct open house session.
· Drive all rewards and recognitions programs Facilitate and Co-ordinate identification of potential awardees and timely submission of awardees achievement details.
· Organise felicitation ceremonies.
· Organise events / activities such as birthday parties, picnic etc.
· Handle Employee Engagement activities like fun at work, employee retention, team building, Rewards and Recognition (RR) program.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Preparing & Processing timely distribution of Salary, bonus, Increment Letter, Salary slips, leave encashment.
· Manage monthly payroll processing.

Exit Formalities:
· Take exit interviews and understand the reason for employees exiting.
· Complete exit formalities such as exit interview, handover, clearance certificate and coordinate on acceptance of resignation letter, settlement cheque / relieving letter etc.
· Preparing and processing Full and Final Settlements.
Compliance:
· Ensure adherence and compliance to ISO Objectives, SOPs and other standards across the organization.
HR Operations:
· Maintain employee personnel files.
· Co-ordinate for various letters as per employee requisition e.g. salary, address proofs etc.
· Ensure statutory compliance with regards to shops and establishments, contract labour license etc.
· Co-ordinate and follow –up confirmation process completion, mediclaim etc.
· Provide payroll inputs such as joiners/leavers, LTA, Overtime, Bank Account details, LWP etc.
· Develop plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
· Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters / documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
· Maintain and improve Hr shared services operations by observing system performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans, conducting system audits and analysis, handling system and process improvement.
Admin:
· Contract manpower MIS.
· Verify and process vendor invoices.
· Vendor Management.
· Employee counselling in events of misconducts. Arrange for legal enquiry when necessary.
· Manage company driver, office staff / guard etc. in terms of day to day operation of the office.
· Establish reporting and monitoring mechanisms for control of Housekeeping, Facility Management, Repair maintenance, Cleanliness etc.
· To ensure AMCs, Insurance and bills payment is managed as per schedule.
People Management:
· Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.
· Plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective functional department.
· Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance and encourage excellence.
· Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
· Determine department structure, roles, critical success factors, performance targets / goals.
· To facilitate timely, accurate and open internal communication.
· Vendor development, coordination with vendors.
· To contribute to a high performance service culture within the team.

Salary: From ₹40,000.00 per month
