Responsibilities
(Job Description):

Ensuring Business Integrity and Compliance:
Assist the Legal Department in maintaining a balance between business objectives and legal requirements.
Provide expert advice on legal matters related to electricity distribution.
Draft, review, and finalize various legal documents, including agreements and submissions.
Coordinate with internal teams to brief cases and support external counsel.
Represent the company in Civil & Session Courts, Consumer Commissions, and other authorities.
Prepare management information reports.
• Qualification:

LL.B. or LL.M. / Other Diplomas, Certifications, or Skills:
