Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Mall Operations at Centrio Mall Dehradun. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mall, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities, managing tenant relationships, and coordinating events and promotions. This role is located in Dehradun.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in facility management and event coordination
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service
• Team leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
