Responsibilities
Work with local Pro & College sports teams!
Playa Discounts: Free food on each shift and 30% off when not working!
Oversee all social media, marketing, catering & events for Playa Bowls Louisiana area locations
Manage and track all in-bound/out-bound events, sponsorships, festivals, sports team orders, etc
Expect to be onsite to assist in preparation and execution
Manage and track all catering (ezCater and in-store) inquiries, orders and requests
Expect to be onsite to assist in preparation and execution
Manage and track all store-level fundraisers and donations
Manage and track our local-level Playa Bowls Athlete program and secure local NIL partnerships
Coordinate with management and individual stores on event staffing, product management, catering orders
Focus on outreach for catering and events, building on a master contact list
Hold team accountable for excellence in product quality, consistency and execution, speed of service, cleanliness and maintenance, and customer service
Foster Positive Energy in the work environment to accomplish business results (increased customer counts, increased sales, and increased profits). Schedule social media posts/stories for all Louisiana (5) and Florida (3) locations under VG Concepts ownership
Take photos/ videos and create content local to each location
Create and develop loyalty promotions through existing corporate platform (TapMango)Report monthly growth and analytics for all social media accounts
Use CANVA corporate account to create graphics for posts and stories.Review, execute, and facilitate all Corporate Campaigns across ALL shops
Meet quarterly financial and operational targets
