Description:
- The Sales Manager for the hospitality industry with a focus on MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) is responsible for generating new B2B sales opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue for hotel or event venues.
- This role involves targeting corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies to secure business for meetings, conferences, and large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new MICE business through B2B sales channels.
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, associations, and event planners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the MICE industry.
- Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals for corporate events, conferences, and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of events and meetings.
- Track and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to optimize sales efforts.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand presence.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
