Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven, and highly experienced Manager of Digital Marketing & Paid Social to lead our digital marketing efforts across paid social, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and performance analytics. This individual must be a top-tier, senior-level "A" player with deep expertise in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance, building & leading high-performing teams, and delivering measurable business impact.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a mix of strategic vision, executional excellence, and data-driven decision-making. You will build a team of internal and/or external resources, manage high-budget digital campaigns, and align our marketing initiatives with business objectives to drive growth, customer acquisition, and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Develop, lead, and mentor a team of external/internal digital marketing specialists across paid social, SEO, SEM, content, and analytics.
Foster a high-performance, data-driven, and creative team culture.
Paid Social & Performance Marketing

Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive paid social strategies for platforms including Facebook, Instagram/Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and emerging channels.
Manage high-budget paid media campaigns to ensure efficiency and ROI.
Oversee audience segmentation, ad creative development, copywriting, and bid strategy to maximize performance.
Implement A/B testing, creative experimentation, and conversion rate optimization.
Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats to maintain a competitive advantage.
