Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Management:
• Oversee and optimize relationships with affiliate partners to maximize performance and ROI.
• Analyze and report on affiliate performance, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to scale affiliate programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Supply Source Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new supply sources (publishers, ad networks, and inventory providers) to enhance the advertising ecosystem.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with supply partners, ensuring profitability and scalability.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of existing supply channels, resolving any operational issues.
Performance Analysis:
• Use data analytics tools to track and optimize performance metrics across affiliate and supply channels.
• Develop and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, with actionable insights.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of affiliate and supply strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
Requirements
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in managing affiliate programs and onboarding new supply sources.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and affiliate networks.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, affiliate platforms (e.g.,Trackier, HasOffers, Impact), and ad-serving platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
