Summary DLA Piper is seeking am associate to support our Structured Finance practice. This position is open to our any of our US offices with a preference for Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles or New York. Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in derivatives and structured finance. Familiarity with over-the-counter derivatives and ISDA Dodd-Frank and similar ISDA regulatory protocols, and experience drafting and negotiating documentation under the ISDA Master Agreement, including the Schedule, the Credit Support Annex to the Schedule, Confirmations and related documentation, are required. Education JD Bar Admission Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying. Experience 3 -5 years of derivatives and structured finance experience. Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
