Required Sales Candidate for OEM Sales with Minimum 3-5 Years of Sales Experience.
• Should be able to analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from OEM customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues.
• Direct sales: Administer entire sales process, identify Key OEM, push sales and complete sale process
• Manage pricing, deal pricing and other sales proposal activities and act as support to Channel sales team
• Technically sound with sales skills who can convince the OEM for LV switchgear/Motor Management Products/Final Distribution Products as well as Industrial Automation products. Segment/Application domain knowledge would be an added advantage
• Train and develop Channel manpower and utilize them to increase market reach
• Maintain database of OEM customers and competitor information relevant for the assigned area of operation
• Coordinate with business development and marketing managers to drive growth and achieve overall targets
• Working experience in MS office – Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong Interpersonal, Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills
• Software programming and Machine Learning skills would be an added advantage
• Relationship building with stakeholders (internal & external)
Min -5-10years Of Sales Experience
