About the business/role/team

You will work in the Knowledge Management department and be responsible for implementing and supporting technologies, and business improvement in the information management space. You will report to the Senior Manager of Information Platforms.

About the role
You will be a hands-on manager for a team of highly skilled implementation analyst who have business analysis skills and technical skills. You will consult with the business and work with IT.
You will drive the adoption of new technologies and processes including capitalising our platforms like as SharePoint, TRIM, and Box.
This role involves driving strategic change initiatives, fostering a high-engagement culture, and developing individuals and teams to achieve key outcomes. The successful candidate will play a key role in information management, leveraging new and existing technologies to enhance efficiencies and governance. Additionally, you will manage complex projects, to effectively handle resources, risks, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

About you
You possess a deep understanding of governance principles and information management, enabling you to reduce risk, increase efficiency, and ensure compliance.
You have demonstrated experience with the end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions, from conception to ongoing support.
Your exceptional communication skills ***** in meeting management and workshop facilitation, and you have demonstrated strong stakeholder management experience at all levels.
You excel at planning projects, clearly communicating those plans, and delivering high-quality results.
You have experience in managing a team of highly skilled professionals within a large and complex institution.
You are highly organised and adept at managing multiple priorities.
