???? About the Role: Assistant Manager – Strategic Consulting

Are you ready to be at the forefront of India’s infrastructure evolution? We're looking for a data driven, detail-oriented, and analytical thinker who thrives in a dynamic consulting environment. As an Assistant Manager – Strategic Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in guiding infrastructure and real estate projects from concept to execution.

You will be the engine behind PPP structuring, bid advisory, tender development, investment promotion, and financial feasibility studies — impacting projects that matter across India.

???? Qualifications & Skills We’re Looking For

???? Educational Background
• Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Infrastructure, Management, Economics, or Finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Civil Engineering

???? Experience (2–3 Years Minimum)
• Planning and structuring of EPC or PPP projects
• Tender preparation and bid process management
• Investment promotion and financial consultancy
• Demand assessment and feasibility analysis for infrastructure or real estate projects

???? Key Skills & Attributes
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Financial modeling and market analysis proficiency (especially in Excel)
• Deep understanding of project finance and infrastructure development
• Familiarity with procurement norms, CVC guidelines, and contract management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Adaptability, multitasking ability, and a commitment to quality
• Experience in investor consultation, stakeholder engagement, and DPR/TEV preparation

???? Your Key Responsibilities
• Manage client relationships and project expectations with professionalism
• Lead feasibility studies, stakeholder consultations, and market assessments
• Evaluate and implement appropriate PPP or EPC frameworks
• Prepare detailed bid documents and manage end-to-end bid processes
• Promote private investments through financial insights and strategic planning
• Develop robust reports — DPRs, TEVs, financial feasibility studies, and more
• Conduct field visits, surveys, and high-level client presentations
• Stay ahead of market trends and offer strategic advisory services
