We leverage data and insights, implement new technologies, drive innovation and build partnerships to provide customer-centred solutions.**The Opportunity**Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Manager- Technical communication and Stakeholder engagement **to join us in the Corporate Services Team within People and Culture.For more details about this role, see the Role Description.**About you**Previous exposure to managing technical communication and ability to manage stakeholders and communications at all levels from C+ level messaging to more routine messages combined with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), strong customer management skills and a service-oriented approach will also set you up for success.**Essential requirements**- Public face and ambassador for RDS IT. The role requires an innate understanding of not just human interactions, but business interactions as well.- Passion, Curiosity and Self Starter- High Level Power Point Presentation and Share Point Skill- Excellent Organizational Skills- A working knowledge of business development and public relations, as well as above-par negotiation abilities- Empathetic and able to see IT brand through the perspective of all the varying personalities that are drawn to it in order to craft simple IT messages that resonate with everyone- Patient enough to listen and cut through the challenges to deescalate the touchy situations- Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to listen well and understand others’ needs- Analytical mind set to make progress- Proven record of success in managing strategic relationships in a complex and dynamic operating environment.- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in an environment focused on customer service.**Salary and benefits**The salary for this position is Transport Grade + $138,670 - $155,30+ per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.**We are the community we serve**We are committed to being an inclusive, diverse and flexible workplace where differences are valued.
