Online Campaign Management
Monitor marketing campaigns for all LOBs. Responsible for the growth and online matrix of the LOBs. Evaluate and monitor the important metrics that affect our online business, lead quality, and target audience. Collaborates with the Web Sales team to ensure that the leads generated are taken care of and followed up into sales. Works closely in collaboration with a media agency, giving them a brief on the key aspects with regards to the media stint and targets thereof

Post Campaign Management
Prepare accurate and detailed reports on experiments & marketing campaign’s overall performance and ROI. Manage & track the cost matrix and prepare the budget Vs actual cost expenditure analysis Oversee and manage all digital projects with the agency and review thereof Call quality testing to make sure lead utilizations is in best shape.

Analytics and Data Management
Analyzes various market data to carry out trend analysis Track and analyze website traffic flow, Buy journey water fall and provide regular internal reports for campaigns. Attain key performance indicators such as quality score, Imp Share, CTRs, Avg Position, Leads, CPLs etc Good knowledge of analytics tools including but not limited to Google Analytics (GA), Adobe Analytics and the ability to use it to inform strategy and optimize campaigns

Search Engine Marketing
Ensuring timely execution of SEM activities by monitoring and working with outsourced agency team members. Managing points of escalation with the agency partner and expediting timelines, setting expectations Troubleshooting basis issue and urgency Driving the set of targets

Project Management
Work with a cross-functional team of IT, digital, ops, sales, call center, legal, and others to manage and optimize the landing pages and ecommerce journey of the brand MAJOR CHALLENGES

As Google and Meta move towards a cookie-less future, auto optimization and analysis lose accuracy, necessitating a deep dive into routine campaigns and performance analyses, leading to favorable course corrections.

Skills Required:

Desirable Skills:
1.Good communication skills. 2.Flexible & adaptable to change. 3.Well versed with MS Office. 4.Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills. 5.Should be aware of the Local language
