What is the opportunity?

As a Workforce Management and Capacity Planning Manager, you will work to develop and manage Work Force planning activities within Transformation and Enterprise Operations (TEO), including capacity management, workforce planning and analytics. You will empower business partners with information and actionable insights, drive continuous improvement, and support our operational strategy. You empower business partners with Data Driven insights to drive operational efficiencies.

What will you do?

Coordinate with various teams within TEO Operations (Finance Shared Services, Cash Services, Payment and Trade Operations).
Work to develop and implement robust data sourcing, integration of data, reporting, and analytics capabilities, leveraging enterprise capabilities and technology where appropriate.
Conduct analyses and synthesize findings to identify improvement opportunities and help teams reach decisions
Develop and improve management reporting capabilities at all levels in Payment and Trade
Coordinate workforce needs across pillars within TEO
Support TEO goals (People/Efficiency/Resiliency) and track progress against targets
Enable process enhancements and automation by integrating data capabilities within business operations
Coordinate Workforce planning activities across TEO to effectively support dynamic resourcing initiatives
Develop Predictive analytic principals within our capacity planning framework.
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Strong strategic thinker with outstanding capability for problem solving
A storyteller through Data.
Knowledge and experience with analytical tools, databases and visualization tools (e.g. SAS, SQL, Python, Teradata, Hadoop, Tableau)
Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Ability to handle fast paced and high risk situations in a dynamic environment.
Nice-to-have

Experience with statistical techniques
Education or experience in data analytics, computer programing or equivalent.
Experience with Operations and Finance
