Sales Support to existing verticals and activating new verticals and grow business.
Speaking with Sales team of other verticals and push them for sales of Prepaid/Forex Card and Fastag.
To liaise with Internal Channels to Initiate and grow Fastag & INR business through Bundling. Internal Channels constitute, Payment Business (IFB/ME & Cards) & Retail Assets (2 Wheeler, and Auto loan team)
To activate and grow all Virtual channels like Phone banking, VRM, COP,TASU.
Regularly training to sales team of other verticals on update of new product policy process etc.
Highlighting the low performing regions to supervisors to bring in a corrective action & push higher cards numbers.
Ensuring complete product knowledge of X-sell products to the sales team, by way of DYK / FAQ / Process note
Sales from External Channels To engage regionally with existing BC's for Fastag & INR Business. Additionally work with them to develop new external channels i.e Toll ways, Petrol Pumps, Parking lots etc etc.
Identify and sign up new BC's, Channel partners for Prepaid products and drive business through them.
Activating all BCs/External Channel Partners to also cross sell of other bank products i,e CASA, ME, Credit Card.
MIS Daily publishing MIS for on FTD/MTD/YTD achievement done.
Highlighting the low performing regions to supervisors to bring in a corrective action & push higher cards numbers.
Regular update on prepaid cards/Fastag activation to all channels / stake holders to ensure high activation rate & higher spends per card/tag.
Extracting Data from various sources and providing analyzed summary to team to understand the gap and focus on management objectives.
Coordination and Analysis Arrangement of Bridge Calls as and when required by seniors and team members.
Providing analytical data to Management and highlighting Red Alert of Inactive / Zero Achieved Staff.
Training calls with Team the region to reiterate the Cross sell product features & query resolution, with the objective of pushing X- sell.
Regular bridge calls with VH and Supervisors of channel to understand the gaps & push for higher sales numbers.
Easily contactable by any team member and Liaise with product / policy / Ops team to understand the challenges faced at the sales end & bring in the requisite changes in product / process.
