Job Description

Our client is a new age digital-first bank focused on the financial inclusion through technological innovations.

Key Responsibilities :

- The Project Manager is responsible for managing all central operations projects in support with Business Team.

- Plan and develop project idea for Central Operation functions (Liability, Asset and Payments operations).

- Monitor project progress and set the deadlines.

- Support Central operation functions in BAU activity to understand the process and provide ideas and suggestions for automations.

- Solve the issues arises with regards to Product Operations (Process/CBS) in support with Business Team.

- Support product in preparing and defining the product operations with Business Team.

- Support central operations Head in preparing monthly reports and review deck for assessment.

- Provide training to central operation functions (Liability, Payments, and Asset) staff as needed to fulfil the goals of the Department.

- Support the FHs on execution of task and projects along with the Business team.

- Responsible for managing, tracking and execution of central operation agreement.

- Identify, justify, and support new projects related to the overall improvement of central Operations, serving as a key stakeholder for all aspects of project life cycle (design, development, testing, and implementation)

Educational Qualification and Experience level

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree/PG, and or equivalent industry experience.

Experience: 8+years related Central Operations experience.

Technical competencies

- In depth knowledge of all relevant banking and regulatory rules and policies related to central operations.

- Expertise in project management and processing models for future industry strategies.

- Ability to analyse, assess, design, and adjust process flow for central operations functions and the related quality and efficiency impacts.

- Ability to develop new policies and procedures in response to, and in anticipation of, changes in the business and regulatory environment.

Behavioral competencies:

- Accountability

- Highly developed leadership skills to communicate

- Forms strong relationships to influence support for proposed business solutions and ideas.

- Good Interpersonal skill
