About the Job:
Can earn up to $30.00+ per hour, including tips, and incentive commissions.

Position Summary:
Hammer and Nails Southbay is seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to provide high-quality manicures and pedicures to our male clientele. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will undergo Hammer and Nails Grooming Shop Hand and Foot training protocols to ensure the highest level of service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality manicures and pedicures to male clients.
Educate clients on nail care and recommend appropriate products and treatments.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Build and maintain a client base.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest level of customer service.
Assist with shop chores and shop upkeep.
Must be able to lift 20 lbs.

Qualifications:
Active California Cosmetology or Manicurist License.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong foundation in men’s nail services, as well as some knowledge of women’s nail care.
Experience with callus remover and dealing with various nail conditions.
Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic, reliable, professional, and a team player.
Friendly and compassionate.
Must be available to work weekends and nights (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays)

Compensation:
Hourly pay starts at $18.00-$20.00 per hour plus tips and bonuses.
