• Should have Module lead level expertise in Health Benefits functionality testing.
• Participates with industry groups, stays current with technology and industry trends, disseminates knowledge to team members, forms best practices
• Strong understanding of development and test cycle, Agile concepts, and problem-solving skills.
• Should have expertise in planning, managing & executing test plans for any application.
• Execute all levels of testing (Smoke, Sanity, System, Integration, and Regression)
• Suggest and Implement ideas of process improvements/automation.
• Support process SLA’s and adherence to defined workflow.
• Assist others in estimating task effort and dependencies, responsible for team commitments within projects Diagnose, isolate, and implement remedies for system failures caused by errors in software code Coach & Mentor other team members
• Ensure effective peer review of tasks from peers.
Additional Job Description
• Bachelors/Engineering Degree in Computer Science or related field
• A minimum of 6 to + years of experience in software testing (Manual Testing)
• Analytical, independent, inquisitive, detail-oriented & Initiative driving
• Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, Implementation process, and process model
• SME-level expertise on the US/Canada HW Benefits Administration domain
• Strong Carriers (Files), Web, and Communications Testing experience for US/Canada HW Benefits clients.
• Considered subject matter experts in their chosen field
• Should have Module lead level expertise in Health Benefits functionality testing
• Sound knowledge of SQL. Hands-on experience with MS Excel
• Effective business communication skills (oral and written).
