Responsibilities
In this role, you will work in a high-level clean-room environment and execute tasks such as performing assembly of components, conducting testing, and packing assembled products by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and high-quality standards
HOURS OF THIS POSITION ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 3rd SHIFT
Performs assembly of components and sub-components of EUV pods by utilizing a variety of hand tools, automated fixtures, and other equipment
Conducts various in-process and final visual inspections on components by utilizing various measurement tools, a Coordinate-measuring Machine (CMMs), and leveraging cam
Operates ultrasonic tank and semiconductor cleaning equipment within the cleanroom to prepare assembled products for further processing
Packs assembled products in accordance with customer requirements and packaging instructions
Troubleshoots assembly/build issues throughout manufacturing process as needed
Ensures product is consistent with established specifications
Escalates quality issues as appropriate
Ensures the highest possible product quality and adherence to the Entegris quality policy, ISO and/or other standards
Strictly follows cleanroom protocols
This includes the use of specified protective gear and garments designed to maintain clean and controlled work environment conditions
Finalizes all required paperwork thoroughly and timely (i.e
Production Reports, Labels, Component Sheets, Rework Sheets, SAP Transactions etc.)
Integrates on all key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, cost effectiveness and product/system quality
Maintains a clean and safe work area
Communicates potential safety hazards immediately to supervisor
Performs duties in a safe manner and observes approved safety procedures
Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals

Our facility in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team.

As a manufacturing technician in the Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) production department, you are an essential part in helping Entegris be part of the future of Innovation. The ISO3&5 cleanrooms in the EUV department assemble EUV pods that are utilized by our customers during their manufacturing processes. In this role, you will work in a high-level clean-room environment and execute tasks such as performing assembly of components, conducting testing, and packing assembled products by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and high-quality standards

What We Seek:
• One (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing and/or clean room assembly setting.
• Familiarity with SAP and Camline software is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand diagrams detailing product specifications.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to use various measurement tools, including calipers, height/drop indicator, test indicator, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is preferred.
• Great attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance. Ability to understand documented processes and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team setting.
