What You’ll Do
You'll be a central force in our performance engine. You’ll lead a portfolio of ecom and lead-gen clients, own strategy and execution across channels, and be accountable for the KPIs that matter: ROAS, CAC, and revenue.
Own end-to-end strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate and other platforms
Design and execute full-funnel performance campaigns - from prospecting to purchase
Optimize daily to drive profit, performance, and pipeline - not just CTRs
Lead all client communication - be the go-to strategist, consultant and leader
Translate business goals into media plans, KPIs and tactics - and hit the numbers
Use math, modeling, and clear logic to analyze results and guide decision-making
Collaborate with specialists across creative, analytics, and dev — but own the outcome
Mentor junior coordinators, share knowledge, and raise the bar
Stay current on latest industry trends and help evolve the playbook
Understand and adapt to client needs from a broad range of business sectors
Be accountable to client performance and growth - the buck stops with you
What You Bring
2 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
Proven track record of managing performance-focused campaigns for ecom and lead-gen
Comfort with quantitative analysis, business intelligence tools, and performance KPIs
Bonus: Background in math, statistics, finance, engineering, or sciences
Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPA, funnel dynamics
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and partnerships (nice to have)
Excellent communication and leadership skills — you own the room and the roadmap
Strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to move fast
Self-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-accountability culture
Bilingual (French/English)
