We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in organizing and executing high-impact trade shows, sales meetings, and conferences across the country

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating all event logistics, managing relationships with vendors, and ensuring the seamless execution of events
You’ll be hands-on at the event site, overseeing everything from booth setup to customer interactions, while making sure every detail aligns with our company’s objectives
This role is perfect for a driven individual who is eager to combine their event planning, marketing, and customer service skills
Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of trade shows, sales meetings, and conferences
Travel to various event locations to ensure smooth execution and provide on-site support
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align event goals with company objectives
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams
Manage event logistics, including booth setup, collateral, shipping, and vendor coordination
Act as the primary point of contact during events, addressing any issues in real-time, and providing excellent customer service to attendees
