THE ROLE Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Technology, the Marketing and Events Coordinator will stimulate profitable revenue growth for the Composite Systems business by organizing trade shows, customer forums, and other events. The role will also be supporting the marketing team to review materials, pictures, and videos and track competitors’ marketing activity as well as supporting the use of our marketing systems. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Organize trade shows and other customer events, as well as internal events, including bookings, booth and materials preparation, travel arrangements, and post event surveys. Support the Composite Systems Marketing Team with tasks such as the administration of online surveys, website content, preparation of presentations, review of new picture and video content, and review of industry journals for competitor advertising. Organize and manage supply of promotional items, printed materials, product samples, and other sales tools globally Support the tracking of lead generation and competitor marketing and promotional activity REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree (Marketing Specialization) is preferred. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in this field. Ability to travel up to 15% for the role (conferences, trade shows) Experience with CRM systems is an asset. Ability to multitask and prioritize issues effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong orientation to customer support Strong verbal and written communication skills Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
