Key Responsibilities
• Promote products, services, and content over social media, aligning with the organization's brand and social media strategy
• Track data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns
• Maintain knowledge of and interest in social media promotion methods
• Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills
• Utilize photography and video editing experience
• Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
• Oversee daily business operations by working closely with the proprietor and office staff
• Actively participate in product innovation and conduct market research and analysis for new products
• Recommend improvements to increase sales performance
• Collaborate with management and the Digital Marketing department to discuss strategy and address workflow/communication issues
• Manage budgets and report on financials
• Source products, negotiate costs, and manage vendors
• Monitor progress and production with vendors, ensuring task completion through follow-ups and problem-solving
• Perform quality checks of products

Qualifications
• Experience in Marketing Operations and Operations Management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Relevant experience in the gifting or retail industry is a plus
