Summary

AvranceCorp Developments is a fast-growing real estate development firm with over 7,000 residential units under development across Ontario. We specialize in complex, high-impact residential and mixed-use projects, from land acquisition and entitlement through to construction and delivery. We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Marketing and Operations Manager to help coordinate our development pipeline and lead brand initiatives that fuel project momentum.

Role Overview

The Marketing and Operations Manager will play a pivotal dual role by:

Managing day-to-day operations across planning, approvals, and development
Executing marketing strategies that drive visibility, pre-sales, and stakeholder engagement
The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination abilities and a solid grasp of real estate development cycles and marketing in a high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Coordination

Manage active and pipeline development projects from approvals through delivery
Coordinate submissions for site plan approvals, zoning amendments, and building permits
Liaise with municipalities, planners, legal counsel, and consultants to ensure project momentum
Maintain internal trackers, manage project timelines, and produce weekly executive updates
Assist with contract preparation, RFP coordination, and vendor onboarding
Support land acquisition due diligence and compliance workflows
Marketing & Communications

Lead pre-construction project marketing campaigns in coordination with brokers and agencies
Oversee branding, collateral creation, renderings, signage, and website development
Manage the company and project presence on social media and digital ad platforms
Execute public-facing communications including media releases and community notices
Analyze campaign metrics and optimize strategies for engagement and conversion
Requirements

Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in real estate or related fields.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools.
Familiarity with HTML and SEO best practices is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
Experience in budgeting and managing advertising campaigns effectively.
