Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Operations Executive to join our team. The Marketing Ops Exec will play a key role in supporting the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our brand, increase sales, and drive customer engagement in the additive manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in creation and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
Lead logistics and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to strategies accordingly.
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to develop targeted marketing strategies for the additive manufacturing industry.
Support and execute all marketing back-end logistics (Invoicing / Data management).
Manage and update the company's website and social media channels to ensure a strong online presence and generate leads.
Assist in creation and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, customers, and partners to promote the company and its products and services.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop marketing collateral that meets the needs of different target audiences.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2/+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on additive manufacturing or related industries.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with marketing CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
