Marketing Associate

Job Title: Marketing Associate - Product Marketing (MyTatva)

About Role:
• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate - Product Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle for our product, MyTatva. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, optimize user journeys, and drive user retention. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire customer lifecycle for MyTatva, from user acquisition to retention and re-engagement.
• Create, manage, and optimize user journeys to achieve user retention key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Execute monetization campaigns to cross-sell various relevant services within the app.
• Enable timely nudges to increase adherence and utilization of purchased care plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources, such as designers and copywriters, to execute campaigns within given timelines.
• Work closely with the Product team to enable feature launch campaigns and ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with product updates.

Education and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a product marketing or growth marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of web and app analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Excellent knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and customer lifecycle management (CLM) tools like WegEngage, CleverTap, and AppsFlyer.
• Great conceptual understanding of funnels and conversion optimization strategies.
• Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and execute them in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
