Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee in Digital Marketing, with a specific focus on HubSpot and Marketo platforms. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the fast-paced field of digital marketing while working with industry's leading automation platforms. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and wants to develop their skills in marketing automation for effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn and understand the functionalities of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Marketo Engage.
2. Assist in the implementation and management of marketing campaigns.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
4. Support the creation of landing pages, email templates, and other marketing assets using marketing automation tools.
5. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Help manage contact databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new features of marketing automation platforms.
8. Support the team in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
+. Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. BE / BTech / MBA or similar qualifications.
2. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and principles.
3. Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Marketo platforms (Internship with either of these is a plus).
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
+. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Note: This is an entry-level position, and the selected candidate will receive training and guidance to develop their skills in digital marketing and the HubSpot and Marketo platforms.
