Marketing Campaign Manager

Are you passionate about marketing? This role is pivotal in driving the success of our marketing efforts in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing all campaigns and marketing activities including monthly print, brand and any ATL marketing initiatives. As a primary advocate for our customers, this role also manages customer events and oversees our License to Shop loyalty program and Concierge Club, as well as the social media delivery of campaign and ATL relevant content.


WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE


Ensure that TVSN’s brand personality and identity is consistently portrayed across all touchpoints and channels
Working with the Chief Marketing Officer and Digital Marketing Manager to develop campaign strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives
Manage the Marketing Calendar, ensuring a balance between strategic and tactical initiatives and alignment with Merchandising priorities
Lead the planning and creative development process for all marketing campaigns and tactical initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resources are allocated and kept in budget
Manage the creation and distribution of print materials, such as shoppers' guides and catalogues, in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations and insights
Manage the day to day relationships between external channels to maximise cross promotional opportunities
Lead and mentor the Marketing team with all activities.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE


3+ years' experience in similar role working in retail
A customer-first mindset that puts our audience at the centre of everything you do
A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team environment
Event Management experience
Strong communication skills that make complex ideas simple and compelling
Stellar time management skills to juggle multiple projects with ease
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working to deadlines, handling a broad range of projects
Experience leading and mentoring a team to succeed
