Responsibilities
In this role, you will work on a variety of project-based assignments that goes into enhancing the member experience to achieve membership growth
This includes managing campaign tactics, assisting with new program launches, supporting the development and implementation of open enrollment digital tools, tracking campaign metrics, and working cross-functionally to gather information on new Blue Shield products and services
The Member Acquisition Strategist will report to Manager, Commercial Group Member Acquisition Marketing and will work closely with our Member Acquisition Strategy, Account Management teams and external group Benefit Managers to support large groups

The Commercial Member Acquisition marketing team is looking for a dynamic marketing professional to join us as the Member Acquisition Strategist, Consultant. The team are passionate marketers at heart – driven to create the most compelling member experience so that Blue Shield is the health plan carrier of choice during open enrollment. • Experience with health insurance strongly preferred

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to use advanced features of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with HTML and video editing a plus
