Beautiful Saviour Lutheran School (BSLS) is currently seeking a Marketing, Communications & Engagement Officer to lead and strengthen the school’s communications, storytelling, and community engagement efforts. This key role supports the daily operations of our Christ-centered school community, providing a welcoming and organized environment for students, staff, and families.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to support student enrolment and school growth
Lead internal and external communications, including newsletters, emails, and promotional materials
Manage and grow BSLS social media platforms with engaging, mission-aligned content
Maintain and update the school website (bsls.ca)
Support and promote school events, including open houses and fundraising initiatives
Assist with donor communications and fundraising campaigns, including the school’s capital expansion
Build relationships with families, alumni, churches, and community partners
Qualifications
Background in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
Experience with social media management and digital marketing
Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience in a school, nonprofit, or faith-based organization is an asset
Alignment with the mission and values of a Christian school
