The Marketing Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice and driving engagement across multiple channels. You'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, creating high-impact content, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and develop marketing campaigns/ events
Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy
Develop, manage and grow the company’s digital brand and presence; includes website and social media channels
Create and manage content for digital, print, and social media channels
Manage social medial accounts; scheduling posts and monitoring engagement
Write and edit marketing copy for a variety of mediums including emails, landing pages, posts
Review, edit and update the website to ensure it is user friendly, engaging and aligned with AnteoTech's branding and messaging
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, use data to provide insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
Ensure content is accurate, up to date and aligned with grand guidelines and marketing objectives
Manage relationships with media, influencers, and other external partners
What We're Looking For
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in marketing communications, preferably in a similar role
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills able to communicate to a range of stakeholders
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in digital communications tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative suite including Photoshop Illustrator, WordPress, Mail Chimp, SharePoint)
Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, or related field
