Conduct outreach through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and conferences, to secure meetings and presentations. 5. Lead pitch meetings and presentations to showcase the agency's capabilities, services, and value proposition effectively. 6. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including account managers and PR professionals, to develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs. 7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of engagement to close deals and achieve revenue targets. 8. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. +. Represent Rainmaker Consults at events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and foster strategic partnerships. Qualifications: 1. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the PR, advertising, or marketing industry. 2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely and persuasively. 3. Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels. 4. Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 5. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools. 6. Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about driving business growth and exceeding targets. 7. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and events. Experience: 2+ years Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: +:30 - 6:30
