What You Will Do:

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be key in elevating our brand and expanding our reach:

Social Media Savvy: Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms to enhance our online presence and connect with the community.
Google Ads & SEO: Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns, perform SEO to boost organic traffic, and use Analytics to report on campaign performance.
Event Enthusiast: Organise and manage expos and community events to showcase our services and build relationships with stakeholders.
Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain strong connections with external providers and stakeholders to drive referrals and expand our network.
Medicare Campaigns: Strategize and implement campaigns to attract Medicare clients, ensuring our services reach those in need.
Intranet Management: Oversee the intranet to keep the team updated with the latest NDIS information and internal communications.
Team Communication: Send regular updates to keep employees informed and motivated.
Website Enhancement: Collaborate with our IT Manager on website improvements, including landing pages, UX/UI design, and blog management.
What We’re Looking For:

Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in marketing with strong skills in content creation and social media management.
NDIS Familiarity: Experience in the NDIS space is a bonus but not required.
Organisational Skills: Ability to coordinate events, manage tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Relationship Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for building and nurturing professional relationships.
Medicare Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare is advantageous.

Skills:

Required: Experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, social media, data analytics, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications; familiarity with CMS and CRM tools; knowledge of HTML and design software; experience in budgeting and forecasting.
